In order for us to provide integrated legal solutions, the Legal Nodes plan allows us to assess your needs and suggest the best add-ons (services offered by our vetted network of service providers) for your business.

Via the Growth Plan, we help you identify the best options for your business, such as best jurisdictions to register a new entity, which licenses you may need, and what other privacy or consumer laws might apply to your business.

Our range of legal, tax, and compliance add-ons are provided by a global network of service providers, including individual experts and boutique law firms. Each provider is vetted and selected for their proven track record and expertise in working with tech companies.

By using add-ons via the Legal Nodes platform, you can solve your different legal and corporate structuring queries without your tasks becoming siloed, even if your add-ons are being worked on by different teams around the world.

A Legal Nodes Plan also provides ongoing support in the form of your dedicated Virtual Legal Officer (VLO) who manages your tasks. Your VLO follows your Legal Roadmap and proactively communicates with service providers delivering your add-ons, streamlining all communication through the platform.

Ultimately, a plan with Legal Nodes gives you the framework to assess your needs and receive the right legal support and services, ensuring you only ever pay for what you need.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a final price for services and add-ons. Our add-ons are services supplied to you from our network of vetted service providers. As each add-on price varies depending on the task complexity and on which service provider is used, we cannot provide you with final prices for plans and add-ons at this stage.

Once you have subscribed to a Plan, we will suggest the most suitable add-ons for your business goals. We provide detailed cost estimates for each add-on. Should you choose to proceed with an add-on, then you will be charged for that add-on separately.

All new clients must start on the Growth Plan, either on a monthly or quarterly basis. Clients can only switch the Support Plan after forming a company and setting up their Legal Roadmap.

The Growth Plan is designed to deliver a Legal Roadmap through two Legal Discovery Sessions, undertaken in the first month with an Industry Expert. After these sessions are completed, you will be able to see your preliminary Legal Roadmap in your Legal Nodes account.

Once all the big tasks are completed for your business goal (for example, your product launch is complete), you can switch to the Support Plan to receive ongoing maintenance support for quieter business periods.

Credits are an internal pricing mechanism for our core solutions, and they cover the cost of legal project management and simple legal tasks undertaken by your VLO. Add-ons are specific legal, tax and compliance services provided by experts in the global Legal Nodes Network. Credits and add-ons are charged separately.

Credits:

• Part of our internal system for matching and managing the right add-ons to your legal projects.
• Can be used to submit new requests to your VLO for them to get started on, for your VLO to work on simple legal tasks or for your VLO to manage complex legal tasks
• Included in our plans: 10 credits per month in the Growth Plan, 5 credits per month in the Support Plan.
• You can purchase additional credits one-by-one or in bundles.

Add-ons:

• The legal, tax, compliance and other services delivered by the Legal Nodes Network of vetted service providers.
• Your VLO suggests the best add-ons based on your business goals and helps you find the most suitable service provider.
• Add-on options are available in 20+ countries, 10+ professional areas, and from 60+ service providers.
• Pricing for add-ons varies depending on task complexity and the specific service provider used.

Each month you will receive credits in your plans, which are to be used within the month that they are issued. Unused credits will expire at the end of the month.

Credits that are purchased (not included in the plans) do not expire with an active plan. This means that credits purchased in one month can be used at any time. If you cancel or pause your plan, any unused credits that you have purchased will remain valid for a 12-month period. If you restart your plan before the end of the 12-month period, your purchased credits will be available to use. However, if you do not restart your plan within the specified period, your credits will expire. Please speak to the team if you’re concerned about your credits expiring.

Yes, you can pause or switch your plan at any time. If you choose to pause your plan, you'll have access to your account until the end of the billing period that you've paid for.

Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. You can do this in your Legal Nodes account or by contacting our team.

No, there are no hidden fees or additional costs.

1. Your plan: either the Growth Plan or Support Plan at the prices stated on this page.
2. Your Credits: any additional Credits that you need can be purchased at fixed price. There are no other fees for Credit purchases.
3. Your add-ons: any add-ons (services) that you require can be paid for as and when you need them. Add-on pricing is set by the service providers themselves and we do not inflate or adjust the pricing in any way. All payments for add-ons go directly to the service providers.
